What is it about?

The presentation will be about how to start and grow a business with no money and what to do when the world changes and your business halve overnight. 32 years ago, Mike O’Hagan started a moving business called MiniMovers. Still owned by Mike, today, they still provide the same service – it’s just everything else is very different. This book is about how they embraced the changes needed to survive. In Mike’s words; “32 years ago I was raving about golf ball typewriters. Today I’m into bots and offshoring. When and how to change has been a challenge.”
